Not much to update these days, except for the whitening. I’m still progressing slowly, having sometimes two days off in between applications. Some of my teeth are so sensitive that every now and again I feel sharp shooting pains, which I can do nothing about – I can’t exactly hold my teeth to try to make the pain go away!
